"There are three really good reasons that Ned would make Del Webb a better place if he were to be elected to the HOA Board. First of all, he has engineering experience. So much of what we will be doing in the next few years needs someone who can bring a project to completion on or under budget. He has worked on a number of major building projects in his professional life. In Del Webb I had first hand experience working with him on the HOA sidewalk assessment project. His work was throrough and done in a timely manner. Ned, organized our team so that we all knew what we were looking for and how to go about it. Ned has a good sense of design and I urge everyone to drive by Ned's home and see what he has done with his own property. He also has a sense of urgency that impacts the way he works on a project that may have come from his time as fire chief in upstate N.Y.
