Restore ALL landscaping and sod (residences and common areas) to their formerly pristine condition. Fix (overhaul) the irrigation system. Fix security gates to control access to our community.
Improve Mgmt Processes
Establish an annual and a three year plan of measurable goals and capital expenditures. Utilize industry standards and practices. Collaborate with other HOAs. Employ resident expert committees.
Engage With Residents
Employ consistent two-way communications. Improve reporting on every ISSUE. Establish office hours for BOD and Property Management company. Solicit resident input on all MAJOR decisions.

Provide improved routine user-friendly reports on HOA business such as financial statements, budgets, Board meeting minutes and agendas. Status reports on all major issues and initiatives. Engage residents in all major decisions.

Enforce HOA Rules and Regulations. Establish fair, quasi-judicial appeal process. Ensure all changes will preserve and enhance the value of our properties. Establish standards. Ensure compliance with the letter and intent of Local, State and Federal law.
